A single-piece aluminium mallet with a working face on each side of the head: a textured face that breaks down fibre in a tough cut, and a flat face that pounds a chicken breast or a veal escalope out to an even thickness.
Because head and handle are cast as one piece there is no joint to loosen, which is the part that usually fails on a tenderiser. Good for beef, veal, pork and chicken.
