Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of sisymall.shop and every order placed there. By browsing the site or completing an order you accept them, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund and Returns Policy. If any part of them is unacceptable to you, please do not use the site.

1. Who you are dealing with

Sisymall is the trading name of STITCH SPARK LLC, based in GRANDIN, MO. We sell Everyday Kitchen & Laundry products directly to customers through this site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you meet that condition and that the name, address, contact and payment details you supply are accurate and complete. An order carrying details we cannot verify may be held or cancelled.

3. Your account

You do not need an account to buy from us. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping the login credentials to yourself and for everything done through the account. Tell us at support@sisymall.shop as soon as you suspect somebody else has access to it.

4. Products and availability

Products are described on their own pages, with materials, dimensions and capacities as supplied by the manufacturer. Colours can render differently from one screen to another, and measurements taken by hand carry a small tolerance. We may add, change, restrict or withdraw any listing at any time, and stock is not guaranteed until an order has been accepted.

5. Prices, taxes and errors

All prices appear on the site in US Dollars (USD) and exclude sales tax unless stated otherwise. Standard shipping inside the United States is free, with no minimum order. The full total — product price plus any applicable tax — is displayed at checkout before you confirm. We may change prices at any time, and where an obvious pricing or description error appears we reserve the right to correct it and to cancel any affected order, refunding you in full.

6. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. The confirmation email that follows acknowledges receipt; the contract is formed when we accept the order and begin fulfilment. We may decline an order — for instance where stock has run out, where a payment cannot be authorised, or where we suspect fraud — and we will refund anything already taken.

7. Payment

We accept Shop Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, JCB, and UnionPay. Payment is taken securely at checkout through Shopify Payments, over an encrypted connection. The amount you approve is the amount charged: no hidden fees, no handling charges, no card surcharges.

8. Cancellations

If you need to cancel, write to support@sisymall.shop as soon as possible and we will stop the order if it has not yet been processed. Once an order has been picked, packed or handed to the carrier it can no longer be cancelled, and the returns policy applies instead.

9. Shipping

We ship to all 50 U.S. states and nowhere else. One service is offered — free standard shipping — with no expedited tier. Processing and transit times, the daily cut-off and what happens to a delayed parcel are set out in the Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Returns and refunds

Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects, damage in transit and wrong items received. We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference. The eligibility rules, the time limits and the procedure are set out in full in the Refund and Returns Policy, which also forms part of these terms.

11. Intellectual property

The text, photography, graphics, page design, logos and other content on this site belong to Sisymall or are used under licence, and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property law. You may browse, print and share pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, scrape, resell or otherwise exploit any part of the site without our written permission.

12. Acceptable use

When using the site you agree not to:

• break any law or use the site for a fraudulent purpose;
• interfere with the security, integrity or availability of the site;
• scrape, harvest, mirror or reproduce its content by automated means;
• upload or transmit malicious code of any kind;
• attempt to reach any account, server or system that is not open to you;
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your connection with anyone.

We may suspend or refuse access to anyone who does.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and its content are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We work to keep the information accurate and the store online, but we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against every threat or free of harmful components, and we give no warranty of any kind beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Sisymall and STITCH SPARK LLC are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising out of your use of the site or of any product bought through it, including lost data, lost revenue and lost profit. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless STITCH SPARK LLC and the people who work for it against any claim, loss, liability or reasonable cost arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of the rights of a third party.

16. Privacy

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal information we collect, why, and who it is shared with.

17. Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of the site, are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri and of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in State of Missouri shall have jurisdiction.

18. Severability and changes

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in force. We may revise these terms from time to time; the version posted on this page, carrying its effective date, is always the current one, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
