Shipping Policy

Everything Sisymall sells is dispatched from within the United States on one simple service. This page explains where we send parcels, how quickly, and what it costs.

Where we ship

We deliver to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available, and we cannot hand an order to a freight forwarder on your behalf.

What it costs

Free standard shipping on every order, with no minimum spend and no threshold to reach first. There is one service only; expedited, express and overnight options are not offered. The total you approve at checkout — product price plus any applicable sales tax — is the total you pay, with nothing added afterwards.

Processing

Orders are picked and packed within 0-1 business days, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays. An order placed after 2:00 PM CT joins the queue on the next business day.

Transit

Once a parcel is with the carrier, standard delivery usually takes 2-3 business days. Distance, weather and carrier volumes can stretch that, and the busiest weeks of the year run slower than the quiet ones.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order leaves us, so you can follow the parcel from the first scan to the doorstep. That first scan can take up to 24 hours to show.

What free shipping does not include

Free shipping covers carriage to the address entered at checkout and nothing more: there is no installation, no assembly and no in-home or room-of-choice delivery. Please check the address carefully before confirming — once a parcel is inside the carrier network we cannot redirect it.

Late or missing parcels

If tracking stalls for several days, or a parcel is marked delivered and is not with you, write to support@sisymall.shop with your order number. We will open an enquiry with the carrier and keep you posted until it is resolved. If a parcel arrives damaged, our Refund and Returns Policy sets out what to do and how quickly.
