Paying at Sisymall should take half a minute and leave you in no doubt about what you were charged. This page sets out which methods we take, who handles the money, and what to do if a payment will not go through.

When your card is charged

Your payment is authorised the moment you confirm the order, and the charge is taken as the order is accepted for fulfilment. A confirmation email follows straight away with your order number and a summary of the total. If it has not reached you within a few minutes, check the spam or junk folder before writing to us at support@sisymall.shop.

Security

The entire checkout runs over SSL/TLS encryption, and payments are processed by Shopify Payments, which complies with the PCI-DSS standard. Full card numbers and payment credentials are never stored on our servers — they pass directly to the processor.

Prices and what is added

Every price on the site is shown in US Dollars (USD). The total you approve at checkout is the product price plus any applicable sales tax; standard shipping inside the United States is free, with no minimum order. There are no handling charges, no surcharge for choosing one card over another, and nothing added after you confirm.

If a payment is declined

• Check that the billing address and card details match exactly what your bank holds.
• Confirm that funds or available credit cover the total.
• Look for a block, a daily limit or an online-purchase restriction set by your card issuer.
• Try one of the other methods listed above.
