Privacy Policy

Sisymall operates the online store at sisymall.shop. This policy sets out what personal information we collect when you browse the site or place an order, why we hold it, who else sees it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

1. Information you give us

• Contact and delivery details — your name, email address, telephone number and the shipping and billing addresses entered at checkout.
• Order records — what you bought, when, the order number, and any messages exchanged with our support team.
• Anything you volunteer — the content of a contact message, a returns request or a newsletter sign-up.

2. Information collected automatically

Like most online stores, we record technical data as you browse: IP address, browser type and version, device identifiers, the pages you viewed, the site that referred you and the time of each request. This is what keeps the store running, lets us spot abusive traffic and shows us which pages are genuinely useful.

3. Payment information

We do not handle your card details ourselves. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments in line with the PCI-DSS standard, and your card number and payment credentials pass directly to that processor over an encrypted connection. Full card numbers are never stored on our servers. What we keep is confirmation that a payment succeeded and the method used, so that a refund can be matched to the original charge.

4. Why we hold it

• To take, process, pack and deliver your order, and to handle returns and refunds.
• To keep you informed about that order and to answer you when you contact support.
• To detect and prevent fraud, chargeback abuse and unauthorised use of the site.
• To understand how the site is used, fix what is broken and improve what is not.
• To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
• To send marketing emails, and only where you have asked for them. Every one carries an unsubscribe link, and you may opt out at any time.

5. Who else sees your information

Your details go to third-party providers only where a provider needs them to do a job for us, and never so that the provider can market to you:

• Our e-commerce platform, which hosts the store and its order records.
• Our payment processor, to take payment and issue any refund.
• Shipping carriers, who need a name and an address to deliver a parcel.
• Analytics and email providers, who help us measure site usage and send order notifications.

We may also disclose information where the law, a regulator or a court requires it, or where it is necessary to protect our rights, our property or the safety of other people. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

The site uses cookies to keep your cart intact from page to page, remember preferences and measure traffic. Your browser settings control what is stored, and you can block or clear cookies there at any time. Be aware that turning them off will break parts of the site and the checkout that depend on them.

7. How long we keep it

Order and transaction records are kept for as long as we need them to fulfil the order, honour the return window, resolve a dispute and satisfy tax and accounting law. Support correspondence is kept while it remains relevant. When information is no longer needed for any of those purposes, we delete it or strip out everything that identifies you.

8. Security

Traffic between your browser and the site is encrypted with SSL/TLS, access to order data is limited to the people who need it, and we apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards around it. No system that moves data across the internet can be called absolutely secure, and we will not pretend otherwise — but we do commit to acting promptly if something goes wrong.

9. Your rights and choices

• Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything inaccurate or out of date.
• Ask us to delete your information, subject to records we are legally required to keep.
• Withdraw consent to marketing at any time, through the unsubscribe link or by writing to us.

10. California residents

If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you further rights: the right to know which categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you; the right to delete that information, subject to legal exceptions; the right to opt out of the sale of personal information — we do not sell it, and were that ever to change we would publish a clear opt-out mechanism first; and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of them. Send a CCPA request to support@sisymall.shop with CCPA Request in the subject line.

11. Children

This store is not directed at children. In line with COPPA, we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 years of age. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The revised version is posted on this page with a new effective date, and continuing to use the site afterwards means you accept it. It is worth re-reading occasionally.
